Appliance Repair Warranty

Every paid repair we complete at ApliCare is backed by a warranty on the work we carried out. If your appliance acts up again within the covered period, just reach out and we'll walk you through what happens next. The terms and limits below apply to all warranty claims.

Warranty Term & Coverage

Your warranty starts the moment a paid repair is finished and stays valid for three (3) months from the service date. It applies specifically to the part we replaced or the repair our technician performed on that visit — it does not extend to other components of the appliance that we didn't touch.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover: parts of the appliance that ApliCare did not replace or service during the original visit; any claim submitted after the warranty period has ended; blockages or clogs of any kind; damage from improper or unintended use of the appliance; damage caused by foreign objects getting into pumps, motors, or other mechanical parts; or repeat faults that trace back to an underlying issue beyond the scope of the original repair.

Our Repair Philosophy

We want to keep your repair as affordable as possible, so our technicians always look for a fix that doesn't require new parts whenever a sound non-replacement solution exists. We recommend replacing a part only when it's genuinely the most reliable way forward — and we'll always explain the reasoning before we proceed.

Filing a Warranty Claim

If the same problem comes back within three months of your repair, get in touch as soon as you can. We'll review the details, confirm it falls within the warranty terms, and schedule a follow-up visit. Having your original invoice or service report handy when you contact us helps us trace the job and respond faster.
